What We Found
Government Housing Bank wanted to redesign its mobile app to feel more modern, organized, and easier to navigate. With target users ranging from working adults to older customers, the team needed User Research support to understand real needs and ensure the new design direction fit their customers.
Development
What We Built
We conducted User Research with real users across key use cases, from home loan applications and monthly payments to online merchant transactions, savings accounts, and savings lottery products. Based on the insights, we created the Information Architecture, key user flows, and wireframes to guide the client’s design and development teams toward a clearer, more user-centered app experience.
