What We Found
As the organization scaled, managing employee 1-on-1 data through scattered Google Sheets became highly inefficient and difficult to analyze due to unstandardized formats. The company lacked a structured system to track post-meeting action items or measure the frequency and effectiveness of internal feedback. Consequently, HR and executives lacked the high-level visibility needed to monitor employee well-being and cultivate a robust feedback culture across departments.
