Performance Review

As Managers started overseeing larger teams, especially teams of 5 or more, it became harder to keep track of each employee's performance, working behavior, and development in a consistent way. The organization needed a centralized Performance Review system that could gather feedback from multiple perspectives, especially from peers who worked closely with each employee, to support a more comprehensive, fair, and well-rounded evaluation.

We designed and developed a Performance Review system that allows colleagues to provide anonymous Peer Reviews and keeps all feedback in one place. Managers can review the feedback to better understand each employee's performance, while AI helps summarize key themes and organize insights based on evaluation criteria. This enables Managers to have more focused and meaningful performance conversations with their team members.
